LEARN TO RING THE BELLS
Meet people, have fun & get fit!
Here is our weekly newsletter, having had a break last week, for Sunday 27th June 2021. This week is the fourth Sunday following Trinity where we are hearing of the Gospel reading (Mark 5 vs 21-43) of the woman who had a disease and was considered 'unclean' but healed by Jesus, and how he also touched the dead daughter of a local religious leader to bring her back to life. Mel shares her reflections in this newsletter (thank you Mel) on the Gospel reading.
Here is this weeks' edition of Keeping in Touch newsletter for Sunday 13th June 2021. A big thank you to Mel Eyeons for writing her reflections on Jesus' parables of The Kingdom of God - always very thought provoking. Do take a look at the information included about our services moving forward.
This weeks' Keeping in Touch newsletter for Sunday 6th June 2021 is for the first Sunday following Trinity and is all about St Paul and his tent 'For we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, a house not made with hands, eternal the heavens' 2 Corinthians 5 v1
Here is our weekly newsletter for Sunday 30th May 2021, this year it is Trinity Sunday (the only sunday in the Christian year devoted to doctrine). Nick Gellatly kindly gives his reflections on Trinity Sunday in this newsletter.
Wow here is our 60th edition of our weekly newsletter, Keeping in Touch, for Sunday 23rd May 2021 - Pentecost Sunday. Pentecost is a celebration of new beginnings and of the time when the Holy Spirit came to the disciples, filling them with new confidence that Jesus had risen from the dead.
